BaseFiti started with a simple observation: most property management in Kenya still runs on paper rent books, WhatsApp screenshots, and memory. We build the software that replaces that — without asking landlords to change how their tenants already pay.

A payment, a balance, or a penalty should mean the same thing whether a landlord, an agent, or a tenant is looking at it.

Started after watching a property manager reconcile forty M-Pesa messages against a paper rent book by hand, every month.

First agencies in Nairobi moved their full rent roll onto BaseFiti, including payments, penalties, and owner statements.
